图8-1是根据美国528台化工泵的实验数据绘出的离心泵的总效率和比转速ns。的关系曲线,并以流量为参变量,考虑了泵尺寸大小对泵效率的影响。该效率值可以作为泵设计师评价其设计质量的尺度。但是超过图示效率值是有可能的,这是因为该曲线没有把少数效率很高的泵考虑在内。
表8-3~表8-8是我国制定的标准效率。表中的效率是ns=120~210的效率,当ns<120,ns>210时,泵效率降低,实际泵效率应从表中查得效率中减去效率修正值△η。如果Q和ns。不正好是表内数值时可按插值法确定之。
